From what I understand it is a strong tranny. I know there is little that sixspeedinc does to make them high hp ready when they rebuild. Carbon blockers instead of paper and bronze fork pads.

Sandman I was hoping you could do me a favor and find out how much a shifter knob for a 94 Camaro M6 would be please.

I don't think the one I have will come off in one piece and I don't like it very much anyway.

I was going to have them rebuild mine because I thought it was starting to crap out, and the warranty that came with my car was going to pay for it. Turns out it was fine though. Good people and I highly recommend them.

Ive been doing 20-30 mins of cardio 4 days a week, after lifting. I could have been a hell of alot more strict on my diet for sure, but I was intending to put on a few pounds. Lifting big weights progressively. During this 8 week cut down phase im really gonna watch the diet though. plain oatmeal and egg whites in the morning, no carbs after 10am, lots of white fish, chicken / turkey and green vegetables. mainly broccoli. should see a good drop in weight after 2-3 weeks of that. The workout will consist of an hour of circuit training light weights high reps starting at 5am, and a 30-45 minute cardio session after, with another 30-45 min cardio session in the evening after I get home from work, 4 times a week.

You have to turn REALLY hard. Mine was the same way. They have epoxy underneath. I swear it felt like it I was going to break that thing.

Ahh ok my 94 did not have any epoxy on it. Figured someone did like Brian and ripped it off once, then decided to just make sure it never comes off. In any case I still don't like the pistol grip. Rather have what I like if I am going to the trouble of getting a new shifter.

Wuldat any chance I could come by and try yours tomorrow sometime ?

No complaints here. Good customer service. Quick service even if they were slammed at the time I ordered mine.

sounds good. how old are you? cause during cardio you wanna keep youre heart rate about 60 - 80% over your normal heart rate. I keep mine about 140 - 150 to burn fat

Im 30, I keep mine up around 130-140. Every other cardio session I do sprints, like on the bike ill do 2 minutes at 90 rpm, then ill bump the resistance up and jump to like 120rpm for 30 secs, repeating that over and over and the last 5 mins cooldown.
