give a dealer parts dept your vin, they can get you both for something like 50 bucks, or you can probably just get the codes from them and have em made somewhere cheaper

They can't make you one to start it cause you need the resistor in the key. You'll have to go to a locksmith once you find out what resistor value you had

fron 1985 and up they have them in corvettes, and I am pretty sure camaro got them late 80s early 90s. Unless somebody bypasses your VATS like I did mine you should have a black pellet in your ignition key. The door key is plain though

Your truck didn't have one, but really, I think the camaro should have. Yeah both would have been black at the top

Eitehr way you'll have to go to the dealer for the code, then you will also know if it had a resistor or not. You could also look under your dash for two tiny wires wrapped in an orange shrinkwrapish plastic, there will be a plug a few inches from there they come out of the steering column, if you have the wires you have the pellet

yeah it'll probably be that much or so. They will know the resistor value from your VIN. I measured the value of my resisitor and just bought a resistor for a dollar to wire up under the dash, now I can use regular keys.

i work at an ACE hardware and we can make em. the ignition costs like $25.00 and all we do is take one of your keys and put ti in a little box with like 13 lights and which ever one lights up thats the key you need. then the door key key cost 2 bucks

you're gonna have to go to a dealer to find your value, either that or buy all 15 different values of resistor and try them one by one lol. They may take forever because every time you try a wrong one your security system shuts the system down for 2-10 minutes. If someone is gonna steal it they are gonna steal it regardless I think. I bypassed mine so any key could be used, but I installed remote start and it has a starter kill so a key won't work without the remote to my system anyways. I'd just go to a dealer and get the right key if I were you
