i was never a fan of the firehawk wing... it came on what year like 2000's... maybe a few more years, but still... i would rather have a normal t/a wing anyday...

I also like it. I wouldn't say I like it over a reg. T/A's spoiler, but they are still sexy as hell in my opinion and if I'd have a chance to buy a hawk with that spoiler I wouldn't be disappointed.

Anyone got any more screen shots of this? The link isn't bringing anything up.

SLP only put those on a few firehawks (less than 50-100?), David hamburger of SLP sells them on ebay but he won't ship it, pick up in NJ.

Wow, revival of a thread over two years old, ...
123 of the 10th Anniversary cars got them. (139 total, 123 were T-top cars, 16 were 'Vert's.)
Then they were an option on the 2002 cars.
There were actually quite a few of them on the 2002 cars, but I don't think anyone can produce the exact number yet because SLP has never really published anything formal. There are some informal numbers somewhere but I don't have them right here, right now.

black- 2002 firehawk 94 Z28
my iroc spoiler had to grow on me after having a ta wing but its true the iroc wing does collect rain and dirt but that third brake light is really bright if your behind it at a light. the poniac emblem shows up really well on my garage door.

SOM- 2002 FireHawk
I also have the "Iroc" spoiler on my Hawk. I really like it. I don't have too much trouble with rain or dirt as I treat it like a motor cycle. No snow, try not to get caught in the rain too often. Besides I have so many coats of zanio on it that a little dusting takes the road film off very nicely. It has drains between the spoiler and deck. Drains off well with the use of a leave blower after washing.
gullett17 was kind enough to post a couple pics of it in the vehicle specific section, Firebird/WS6, spoilers.

I agree the link doesn't work and that picture above doesn't really help. So to make sure the types of spoilers/wings for our 4th gens is:
Firebird molded into decklid spoiler
Convertible is the same as above
Trans Am high rise spoiler
Is the T/A convertible one different?
And the one we are discussing in this thread?

According to Mac Logan's book "Firehawk : Fiercest of the Firebirds", there were 483 orders for the 'unique rear decklid spoiler'. That's the iroc spoiler

Yeah, me too. I didn't know they even existed until I got online. Couple that with a pic in a book I have of a black firehawk with that spoiler, & I was hooked, had to have one. I have never seen one on the road. It sure is nice to know that I can walk into the garage, lift a cover off the rear, & just stare at it. My hawk is a red 02 1LE. Whoever designed the ls1 trans am, nailed it. That car (ws6) is beautiful. Same goes for the iroc spoiler. Total bada**. That spoiler is icing on the cake.

Now I'm wondering how a T/A would look with the IROC spoiler and a WS-Q hood. I'm thinking
