Drop Top Subframe Connectors
Any of you guys know of any good subframe connectors for a vert. I've been looking online and everything I find is "excludes convertible." I'm getting kinda frustrated so any info is a big help.
I'd prefer the "weld-in" style.

You have limited options on a vert, but BMR makes a nice set of weld-ins.
Check out their site below or some of the site sponsors sell them:

He didnt take them out.. he sold his vert.
I have the BMR weld-ins on mine as well. I do love them, but a warning to all buying them. They do stick down pretty far on Camaros. The TAs have extra body moulding that will hide them. But on a Camaro, unless you want to see them: order black SFC's. Mine are red and I get asked all the time if I have neons under the car..

I got SFC's and tunnel brace for my vert from Don Goetz fabrications. I felt a difference as I rurned the corner leaving the shop. I can't speak highly enough about them. They are bolt in, and rock solid. And of course, you can weld them too. You need to contact him via email, he also hangs out on chirpthird.com.

Here's another question. I have always just assumed weld ins are superior to the bolt in style, but is there really a big difference? I think I'm going to go with the weld in style but the idea of installing them myself in an afternoon and not having to pay to have them installed is appealing.

I'm going on six months now with the bolt ons and not a squeek, rattle or loose bolt. Use a torque wrench and they will be locked down for good.
