yup, good lot of cars this month and it's especially nice to see the gto and vette guys stepping in there. I kept the official thread closed so that it's easier to sort them out when I move them to the mod thread. I'll start creating a BS thread along with it though so people can comment. I'd just like to keep names out of it so if you know who's car it is please don't post it up.

I was planning on keeping the names private until the winner is announced so that if someone next month enters the same picture.
Thanks, I'm just trying to have the contest be as fair as possible. I'll never be able to keep everyone from knowing the cars because some people just know who owns certain cars. I'll do what I can though.

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
What I am thinking is that the general public doesn't see the entire entry list.
Just the 4-5 that go up for voting. Using the numbers will hopefully cut down people getting the 'popular' or 'unpopular' vote.

that thread though keeps me from having to open a thousand PM's making up the mod list. It's nice having them all in one thread like that. I see what you're saying and if I can think of an easy way to make that happen that would work. I do see another possible problem with that too. What if someone doubts whether their car even got voted on by the mods? There's no way of proving that I didn't post it up for the mods.

the one thing i wish people would take into account when shooting photography, is learning the correct way to turn the wheels when setting up for a shot...
no one wants to see the tire tread...
please, Please, PLEASE put some thought and creativity behind your shots and shot selection. one will be much more pleased with the results. so will many others as well...
lots of good cars for this months voting. i do await the finalists so i can place my vote...

I actually think it helps a shot if the wheels are turned a little bit. It gives perspective to the car. That's just personal preference though. I feel about straight wheels how you guys feel about turned.

nevermind, I looked at the pics and see what you're talking about. Some are turned the wrong direction.

that's 1/2 of it. if they would have considered a pic from the other side that resolves the visual mess i'm talking about. im not saying the wheels are turned wrong, but it does go hand in hand with the side/angle of the shot taken. however, if they wanted to shoot the side of the car they did, then yes saying the wheels are turned wrong is correct. also, there are many angles in which our cars can be photographed...
