    i dont know, my laptop has a ATI radeon xpress 200M but i dont know if thats good or bad, its great for me, i've never had a video / graphics issue, but i dont play games on my computer

    nVidia..... a much larger selection and many options to go with depending on your need. ATI is trash....IMO. Never liked it....never will. to many probs.

    Ive had one ati video card. Could never get it to work. I called tech support,different drivers etc.Even swapped it out. Eventually cut my loses and sold it. Wont go back.

    i have ati on my desktop and nvidia on my laptop. the drivers on the desktop are a pain though. you gotta install, and uninstall, and reboot, and reboot, and reboot, and uninstall, and install, just to get the damn thing to function properly after a system restore.

    The X1900 cards from ATI were amazing...But now the 8series from Nvida are amazing. The new 8800gts 512 blows anything out of the water. Im enjoying my 8800gts320
