I know a kid who is gay for ford mustangs. He thinks the 05 gt's dyno 300 to the wheels and my car makes around the same power (since it was advertised like that) What the fuck do i tell him? I told him it was underrated and he says "yeah, so it makes 305 to the flywheel which is about how much an 05 gt makes" He has no idea how underrated these cars are. I kicked the shit out of an 07 gt the other day, and all he says is "ur heavily modified" Any responeses what to tell him??

You will win. Stock for stock the ls1 makes more power. But the 05+Gt's make the power Ford claims they do. Its jus that GM underrated the Fbodies soo much to avoid stealing the thunder from the vette.

The 05+ GT's dyno anyway from 265ish for an auto to 280+ For a stick. That equates to at least 300 crank.

i have ran a few of the new GT's and they are shit i ate them alive they never had a chance i missed third for like 10 sec and he never even got close oh and my car only dyno's at 280!

Let him talk. I had a kid in high school that drove a 04 GT and swore up and down he would walk any LS1. The day finally came when I got my LS1 3 months ago, I called him and said lets go. He had added full exhaust and intake by this time. I walked him like he was sitting still. Just make an example of someone like I did.

04 and 05 are two completely different cars, 05s are faster. But good kill on the 04, way to stop the shit talker.
