I've tried to read some in the news to see what the official story is but it's fairly vague right now. What I've read a couple times is that he heard a noise and went to investigate but someone kicked the door down and fired 2 shots at him.
In the robbery a week ago they rifled through his house and safe but it was "unclear" if anything was stolen.
Right now they're saying possible robbery/home invasion.
Ok, if nothing was took a week ago and they haven't said it was definitely a robbery this time then I'd say it wasn't about a robbery....and it wasn't really a home invasion. Around here all the home invasions I ever read about they pretty much kill everyone in the house. Not just kick a door down to shoot someone in the leg and then leave.
Whether the real story ever gets found out or not I'll go out on a limb here and say that there's a bunch more to this than meets the eye. Given his past I'd say it caught up to him. Everyone says he had changed and settled down since the birth of his daughter, ain't that about when it catches up to everyone? When they're done raising hell.
