Yeah, I've been to all of those, except Scotland. I've always wanted to go there. Also want to go to Nothern England next time I'm over there. All my family lives in the south so I've never had a chance to go up that way. One of the coolest things I like about England are the castles... however a lot of them are out in the country side or in small towns... so the average tourist who hits the big cities/attactions don't see them. Did you ride the London Eye when you were there?

If you go to Germany, Do the following:
Rent a nice Sports car for a DAY (Porche, MB, BMW..ect). MAKE SURE you get every single insurance coverage possible because you might need it
Drive on autobahn as fast as you can to a following location.
Get to the Nürburgring.
Have Fun.
The cost for driving a single lap of the Nordschleife is 19 Euro for each car or motorcycle. Multi-lap tickets can be purchased for a lower per-lap price, such as 4 laps at a cost of 65 Euro (16.25 Euro per lap). Additional multi-lap prices are 8 laps for 124 Euro (15.50 Euro per lap), 15 laps for 220 Euro (14.67 Euro per lap), or 25 laps for 345 Euro (13.80 Euro per lap). An annual ticket with unlimited laps, valid from January to December, can be purchased for 895 Euro. A half-year ticket, also with unlimited laps, can be purchased for 465 Euro and is valid from August to December. All prices are current for the 2007 calendar year, and include VAT.

Hi, mcarse81,
Are you still planning to come to Europe? If so, don't forget tovisit Luxembourg, I could give you some advice and show you some fancy places. Funny detail: Luxembourg is the place where all the people from France; Germany and Belgium get their gas and diesel fuel as it's still the cheapest here, but of course for you Americans 'cheap' is not the right expression: for a gallon of premium fuel you pay 7.45 dollars...so you think twice before flooring your rig...it's mostly taxes and they rip you off... but in the neighbouring countries it's even worse. So, driving an f-body is pure luxury...if not a true vice!
And, other funny fact: in Luxembourg taxes on alchohol are the lowest among Europe, so booze is quite cheap and during summer you can enjoy your beer, sitting outside: there are a lot of bars, pubs (Irish mostly) and cafés and a lot of foreigners (not only tourists, but also people who work in Lux.). Just in case you are in the vicinity of Lux., be sure not to miss it and I could be your guide.
Paul

Yeah I got to go. My buddy divorced his wife and found himself an 18 year old girlfriend in Budapest. He actually just got out of the Air Force just to move over there and live with her.
