Procharger with GMPP hotcam
I am wondering the feasibility of adding a procharger to a motor that already has an upgraded cam to the GMPP Hot Cam with long tube headers and LS6 intake. That is most of the changes I have made to the motor. I have a literal pile of stuff I could install, (PnP 243 Heads, better cam, LS3 fuel rail and injectors, Fast 104 intake, NW 102mm TB, Strano springs, racetronix pump...
I am thinking of just selling all that off and just putting a procharger on the car. Opinions of folks with a charge would be welcome. I know it will net me more HP in the end and from what I gather it will cost around the same

I have an LS6 intake, Howards ASA cam(better lobes of the GM cam that comes in all of their LSX crate motors), and a 7875 billet turbo. Made 590hp at 8psi and has run a best of 10.44 at 134mph through a convertor only 4L60E. That cams specs are .525/.525 lift 226/236 duration. You could add all that you own to a stock car but still won't make more than about 440hp. Add a Procharger D1X, the Racetronix pump and injectors and you'll be more than happy at low boost. If you want a race car the Procharger is only going to add to the gains your get from what you already own.
