LS swap on 98 Lexus ls400
There is a 1998 Lexus LS400 in my family that has been retired from use it is still in pretty good shape and I know those cars came with a V-8 I’m interested if y’all had any thoughts on how to LS swap one or if that is reasonable, I also plan to make it all wheel drive if I go through with the project

Welcome to the site. Anything is possible with enough time and money. I would research your options as far as mating the engine to the transmission that you intend to use for starters. After that, you have to consider your underhood space, mounting options, fuel system, cooling system and integration with the vehicle systems -- all of which may need swapped to aftermarket given the electronic wizardry in factory gauges and such. Could be quite the undertaking the more "stock" you intend to keep things.

Thanks for the response i’ve done a number of LS swap’s before but on older vehicles so I’ll have to keep the electronic wizardry free in mind I’m OK with not being 100% stock looking but I would definitely like to keep it street legal
