Koni Shocks - STR.T vs. Sport 4/3
I'm looking to lower my '99 T/A and would love your input on the differences between these two shocks. I want to get the Strano lowering springs and sway bars but I am debating if the Sport 4/3 single adjustable shocks are worth the additional money.
Some additional context about my car: I have a bolt on car (mods in sig) and and my intention is for it to always be a street car - I don't plan on making it a race car (drag or autoX, etc.). My goal for modifying the suspension is to improve handling and lower the car ~1.5 inches (I realize the drop is hard to predict and varies). I want to avoid getting a setup that is too sensitive to bumps in the road and I don't want to sacrifice too much clearance.
I see on the forums that the Strano/Koni combo is very popular but I'm not certain if this is specifically referring to the Sport 4/3 shocks. Please let me know your thoughts and what setup you recommend. I am willing to spend the additional money if it will make all the difference for a street car.1999 Trans Am M6

Unless you are tracking your car, you will likely dial in a setting and then never change it.

Yes, that is the best way to do it. The stock components bolt into place with zero adjustment ability.
