Like Stone said, asshole was on YOUR property, doesn't say whether or not he was actually invited, just that he was someones uncle.

He has a history of legal trouble which will work in your favour. He threw the first punch (whether he made contact or not shouldn't matter). Furthermore there are several witnesses who can back up your story.

If an angry man is in your face on your property threatning you in front of your children... you sacking the bastard is purely self defense and you probably should have had him arrested right there (understand that you didn't cuz he is family kinda sorta).

Bottom line... he has shit on you.

If that bs ever makes it into a courtroom... just be sure to point out his past and his present reckless behaviour.
