anyways, ive never revved up my car to get anothers attention. you can hear the cackle of my car.
you say ricers rev to show how much power they have, by a V8 owner doing the same, why cant his actions be considered ricer??

I compared v8 owners who rev the shit outta their car to ricers..they are the same!

THATS WHY I BLIP THE THROTTLE!!!!!!! I see no reason to rev to redline in a pushrod v8 or any v8 for that matter!

Its so retarded....i see rustank owners do it all the time....hence agin...i blip throttle....just enough to get the exhaust to "crackle or gumble" Just enough for the v8 to let people know its there ....not more

ummm well since i have a trans am.....and round here they are kinda rare.....its nice to say hi......i drive at night so you dont have a lot of time to see cars. I usually will blip at a viper, cobra, gto or along those lines......

one time i gave a friendly blip to a lambo(have no clue of model)....it was badass when he gave a blip back at me n gave a big thumbs up.

dude bns, out here its the same as with toyota h8r. a friendly rev or blip of the throttle is always returned unless its some snot nosed bitch that doesnt deserve the car. my friend just completely build a nova, hold on ill show u pics... 383 stroker with straight pipes and big cam. it sounds mean as fuck. whenever he passes he hits it just a tad to give us a little taste of what it sounds like. u cant tell me hes a ricer. he owns an 06 mustang gt, a 91 mustang gt thats pushin about 300hp, that 60's nova, and an f150. plus he built his mustang engine and his nova engine by himself in the garage. when he revs it up, i would never even think the word ricer. once in a while he'll pass by a 1st gen and really rev it up and its usually some old guy that gets a kick out of a young guy drivin a muscle car and revs back

I rev it sometimes too. Especially to get some attention, and I like to give a thumbs up to other muscle cars, but not ricers. No 4 cylinder fart car for me is cool. A friendly rev is a "hey how ya doin'" thing. Also, I will never grow tired of a rumble.

while a 16 year old will think its cool to rev, talk to a few people who are 10 years older than you. they are not going to think revving is all that cool.
not everbody cares for tastes of his exhaust notes. matter of fact, that could get him a ticket.
