whats the fastest u ever went in a race or alone

Compared to everyone else I really havent gone all that fast.. Roads in Mississippi suck haha But I went 125-130 in a basically stock 79 Trans Am. 120-125mph in my 68 Dodge Coronet with a pissed off 318.. That was a handfull but fun. Only 130mph in my current car 98 Trans Am. But the fastest ive ever driven a vehicle was driving a nascar around Talladega. It was the Dale Jarrett driving school and the cars were detuned but my top speed was 180mph

just figured id throw in a kill i got yesterday.. hit 120 in traffic and at the same time ate a bmw 745li for breakfast... sad thing is i let off for about 2-3 seconds to let him catch back up then floored it again and he still didnt get withing 2 cars... those things are weak before triple digits

i did 157 with buddy in the car...taching 5900 with limiter at 6K
im all stock, 2.73, A4 02 t/a

car is way light..but u can just feel the back end sink....

LOL. Did over 150 again with no top. It is really hell on the weatherstripping though. I am noticing a few rips in the back part where the window meets the roof. Same night ran a 5.0 twice, won one by 10 cars, second time by 5 (slept at the flash), also no roof.

Gotta enjoy that cooler weather when we have it

Top speed of 181, although speedo says 195. Checked it two ways, smaller tires were giving me a gearing advantage but making the speedo off.

130 is what my passenger said I got into when I raced a c5z06... I was going to fast to see the speedo so I was mainly watching the tach and the road

140 4 or 5 times 150 twice once racing a 98 Z beat him and just kept goin.and the dumbest race i had was against a 04 GT at a light perfect straight away killed him then there is a huge curve ahead and look in my mirror and he is right on my ass after the right lane he was in ended @ 130mph.all in my 01 SS.my T/A got 130 once i have chilled down a lot.

ive gone 120mph in a modified 87 plymouth voyager..wow was that shaky, and ive busted 130mph in my 88 fiero (3400 conversion v6), very smooth!

I cant really tell how fast im goin in the T/A anymore, when im doin 90 on my speedo its actually doin about 115. In the quarter mile i cross with my speedo reading 87mph, Which they said was 110mph. The supra i have had in the 170s multiple times, i love that suspension it automatically stiffens when brakeing and at high speeds, there is alittle gauge that tells you how stiff the suspension is at the moment and that came stock on the car and works with my new suspension and that was an option in 1987. At 170 i had about 1200more rpms, so im think 180, 185 maybe 190 if im lucky.

I'm guessing 160ish, the speedo only hits 155 but i went past it for a few hundred rpm. C470 here in Co, it was stupid. If you ever get the chance to drive on that road you'll see what I mean.

In a Race 135 in a hemi 300C, my buddy passed me like i was standing still in his 99 T/A, alone I pegged my speedo in my camaro so 155+, I live out in the country in northern Indiana farm land, lost of wide flat open roads with no traffic haha.
