Service Vehicle
Does anyone know what this light means, it is not the engine light. How do i turn if off exc......

^^^^I disagree slightly. The 'Service ENGINE Soon' light will indicate powertrain (drivetrain) problems including emissions, transmission, and engine faults.
The 'Service VEHICLE Soon' light indicates problems outside of emissions and driveability. The BCM (Body Control Module) usually is in involved with SVS lights. It can come on for IPC, airbag, DRL, and automatic headlight problems. Different cars have different uses for the SVS light and the reason it specifically comes on for f-bodies I'm not sure.
OBDII scanner won't help you with a SVS light

Ive never seen an SVS light, only SES, but then again my car is pretty 98, it is OBDII though

svs light usually means that one or more of your daytime running lights are out
