Replaced driver door not sealing

I just replaced my driver door today due to some sagging,seperating and generally destructed door.
Anyway I got it lined up and latching but now the window is not sealing in the weatherstriping.
If I press on the glass while closing the door it seals fine but if I just close the door it does not seal and light can be seen between the glass and seal.
Anyone ever replaced a door before?
The door is from a 98 TA and mine is a 00 TA and they appear identical.I didnt replace the window,just used the one already on the new (used) door

looks like the window is going too high. there are stops to limit the height. just lower them a little until it is just right.
