Highway Patrol?

So, I've been looking into trying to get into the Missouri Highway Patrol. Do you guys know anything about it or your state's? Thanks

Personally I have always viewed the State Highway Patrol in any state as a somewhat elite group.
I always give them my utmost respect because they are usually first arrivals on the scene of the most gruesome highway accidents.

You have been looking into it? Why would being in a different state help you get into the Missouri HP?

Did you go to their home page and see what is required?

Not help, just provide more general information cause most of the process is very similar

In NC you have an age requirement that you have to meet and pass the HP school. That is after you get excepted.

Actually just passed the written and physical abilties/ vision test for the CHP. Have the written psychological tomorrow and QAP interview on monday

Highway patrols are mainly traffic cops and do a lot of accident investigations. In california they are also the "state police" providing general law enforcement duties through-out the state and also guard the state capitol.
