99 Z28 M6 for SALE in Raleigh-Durham
OK fellas, I got my T-top Z28 for sale. I want to get either an FRC or a Z06 as my next project vehicle. It has gray leather, which is in good condition. The car, overall, is pretty damn nice, IMHO.
I bought this thing last November with 89K on the clock and these modifications:
Tinted Windows
TB bypass
Airbox cut-out
Ported MAF from CAM
SLP smooth bellows and lid w/ K&N filter
Thunder Racing Pushrods
SLP LT and catless Y-pipe
Hooker Aerochamber
4.10 gears
RAM clutch
Short throw shifter
Red LED Shift light
BMR welded subframe w/ adjustable torque arm
Aluminum rear diff cover with cooling fins
I added the following components and 8K miles:
LS6 intake
Shaner P&P throttle body
Comp 275 cam (222/224, 568/568) good idle, power, and sound
Comp 918 springs
Titanium retainers
LS6 engine covers
18x10.5 CHROME 05 Vette wheels and 295/35 Proxes (20% tread left, they don't call me Roastem for nuthin')
18x9 and 275/35's on the front (almost new)
New set of 400 DOLLAR 4.10 gears
DYNO-TUNED, rev limit set at 6600 rpm, 372/367 rwhp/tq, torque curve is HIGH and flat, she pulls like a beast in all gears, and can spin those big ass tires ALL THE WAY THROUGH SECOND
13" Drilled Brembo rotors up front, with red Z06 calipers and pads
Durastop rotors at the back, with red Z06 calipers and pads
THIS THING WILL PUT YOUR FACE IN THE WINDSHIELD
New CD/MP3 head unit (nice Blaupunkt)
4 New Infinity speakers all around
New Rockford 400W RMSx1 amp
New Rockford 10" subwoofer in custom Z28 enlosure
SOUNDS WAY BETTER THAN STOCK, SUB FEELS BIGGER THAN 10"
Bad Stuff:
1.Clutch sticks to the floor on startup every now and then.
2.Small crack from rock on the windshield.
3.Dashpad has two cracks in it from heat.
4.I think the front bumper has been replaced, and the front right fender and passenger door has been painted at one time. DOESN'T SHOW UP ON CARFAX.
5.Recently got rear ended, had to get the left rear quarter panel repaired, and the left axle was slightly bent, so they had to replace it too. NEW DIFF FLUID for me!
6.Word is the frame was slightly off, so they fixed it too, and gave her a fresh wheel alignment.
10K takes it!Last edited by Roastem; 08-28-2006 at 04:30 AM.

Here are pics of the repair, damn they did an outstanding job! It looks better than the factory side, body lines are perfect, hell, it looks brand new!
I put this thing up for sale while it was being repaired, but I drove a 1/4 tank of gas out of it right after I got it back, and I am tempted to keep it after driving it a little! Damn this thing is fun, and people turn their heads, and hotties stare and wave like a mothaf*cka!Last edited by Roastem; 08-28-2006 at 04:30 AM.

Nobody wants my baby? She might have some miles on her, and couple bastards might have done her wrong, but she is one smooth operator.
