Couple of things:
1st the height of the tire - it looks like it's been used for a while so a new tire in that size will be much higher about 1/2" to 3/4". need to factor that in.
2nd your weight plus passengers - need to factor that in, they will lower the car some.
3rd shocks - the quality of them effects not only how the car sits but also how it rides. Will the current ones be able to handle the lower stance?
4th suspension mods - any other mods to support the springs?
I have mine much lower then yours so IMHO it looks like they will fit.
My tire size is 275/45/17's on the rear and my next set will be 295/45/17'shttp://www.ls1.com/forums/f7/my-6-liter-build-174257/

So it looks like you have about 1-3/4" of gap prior to the wheel hitting the inside fender lip. With another 1" drop you'll have 3/4". This is assuming the springs won't ever sag any over time.
Anyone have any idea on how much the car lowers with a person in it? When going over a bump? I'm not sure off-hand the amount of travel you'll see in these instances.
I think the BMR springs have a similar spring rate (160 vs 150) to that of the Strano springs. They are a little stiffer which should help with rebound.

If your rear tires rub, get BMR drag bags. Problem solved.
