WTF? So doing something that is perfectly legal (and fully supported by at least half the population) in this country makes a fricking BANK, the poster children of less than legal activities, deny your business??

I dropped BoA a few years back because of their BS practices. They pioneered many of the customer gouging practices that are now common today. 'Profit through fees, not service'...

Correct and they have been caught red handed doing these shady practices... even sued and charged millions of dollars for there shady practices. 13.2 million customers were part of the lawsuit. BOA is one of the worst/unethical financial institutions in this country, right up there with wells fargo and chase. They have also taken part in the shady default programs of some of the big banks during the housing market crash.
