    knew there would be a "more compensation" somewhere in that article. He just got a valuable life lesson......some animals eat other animals. He can still visit his turtle....he'll just have to do it via the alligator now.

    I swear this article reminds me of the cartoons where the main character saves some animal and as they are about to let it go some thing comes along and eats it.

    this story reminds me of when i was a kid and i found a baby bird that was abbandoned and nursed it back to health then took it outside to let it free and it flew to a nearvy fence and landed right next the a cat and got eaten right in from of my eyes. Kinda pissed me off that i wasted all of that time.
