All I hear is motor..
But could be a universal joint going, lash between the ring and pinion. Or torque arm/ trany mount issue starting.. But this is all speculation..

Aaaahhhh listen better, I made sure I could here it in the vid before posting here.
I doubt it's backlash there would have to be an unholy amount of wear since I last checked it. Ah the joys of 100k cars-I have another thread coming up in just a few

can you put the camera underneath the tranny mount area? or does it hit?

That sound is coming from your trans... it is completely normal, some cars do it louder than others. It just part of the design of the 4L60E and it happens when you put it in reverse. In fact, there is a part in the transmission to help soften this noise called the "anti clunk spring" ... if the trans has ever been rebuilt, i may have been left out and this noise would be louder than normal, but I wouldn't worry about.
