new tv3 goes in tomorrow

i am starting the process of putting my new tv3 cam in tomorrow. got the cam, ls6 oil pump, ls2 timing set, and whole new valve train setup. wish me luck, just sort of worried about getting the crank sprocket off and getting the new one on, or do i even need to put on the new sprocket with the new chain?

If you don't have a slew of miles on the original, I'd let it ride. But not a big deal to change either.
