    Got some change back today, didn't know that..

    So I got some change back today and noticed that we now have U.S. Virgin Islands quarters. I thought the Puerto Rico quarter was over the top. WTF?!! I thought they had to be an actual State (as in the 50 stars on the flag?) to be on a coin.
