chat problems

My chat hasnt worked in awile, i have updated my flash and active x to the most recent, but still no luck.... any other ideas?


the page will load, and the progress bars come up and complete but then it just shows up as the blue background screen and no actual chat window....

I'm having the exact same problem when I post a new thread.

I can reply just fine, but posting something new gives me a blank screen just as you described.

I think something is going haywire on the website here.

still just getting the blue screen too .. its weird because it happens to some people and other get through...

I would suspect something going on with the server that supports this site.

I can get into other sites and it's as fast as lightening. But when I'm in here things slow down considerably. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds or more just to bring up a single page. But I've never had a problem starting a new post before until now.

this has been an ongoing issue for a while now. The only work around I found was to use the back button on your browser and change the thread title to something really short. Then it will post and I'll change the title to whatever I want it to be. I haven't had an issue with it in quite a while but there for a while it would do that everytime I used the * symbol in the COTM threads.

You were right on the money Orion.

I shortened the title and it went through. Then went back to edit to change it again.

Very strange.
