do you know what the full specs are on the cam you have in the car now? the cam your looking at is pretty big, it will give you bigger peak numbers, but you will really have to spin the motor high to get to the peak power.
what are you using the car for, mostly street, street strip, or race only? that will make the biggest difference.
just remember, bigger isn't always better!

Oh boy...
Another person stuck on dyno numbers it seems.
I have seen cars with your current cam WIN races against cars with those larger cams because the car with the smaller cam has a flatter powerband.2008 Trailblazer SS

if your mostly running the car on the street I'd look for something around a 228 with a 112 -114lsa and stay under .600" lift so your not beating your valve springs to death. 112lsa will give you a choppier idle and raise the power band of the motor higher into the rpms, a 114lsa will give you a smoother idle and power will come on earlier.
Texas Speed, and some others make very good cams that lots of people like

I am with Mark on the cam size.
The MS4 is for a drag car. Just because it makes high dyno numbers doesn't always mean it is the best cam. The big cam will have a shorter powerband and it is at peak RPM. Smaller cam will have a longer powerband (better for street) so it will pull better throughout the powerband.
The Torquer V2 is a great cam as well.
