rebuilt rear end?
ok ive seen these delux rear end rebuilt kits for like 115 bucks and i was thinking about getting one since i want to install 3.73's but how long will it take. I dont have the money for a new rear end so id like to at least rebuild the one i have since its only 115 bucks. Once again i dont have the tools or really even the time to do it myself so i wanted to pay a shop to do it. Just looking for an estimate on hrs

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
Labor time of $500+, install kit of $100+, cost of 3:73 gears, thats about 30% of a 12 bolt right there. I would keep saving and forget spending any money on a 10 bolt.

I paid $600 for the gears, kit, installation and speedo calibration.
