Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Camaro SS M6
I wouldn't be drag racing an A4 with a 2.73 gear...unless you have a very high stall converter.

2001 3.8 Black - sold- 2000 SS Black M6
cuz thats a high ass gear. kills your 60' ft time....if your drag racing, esp 1/8th mile, you need deeper gears...wheel weight is the least of your worries right now, lol

Not that it hurts your car, if anything it is better for it, less RPM's. Personally, I'de switch gears before a stall on a 2.73

The weight isn't killing you more than the size of the rear wheels. Those 18" in the back give you an even taller gear ratio which may be okay for freeway but not for acceleration. When I was stock I had y2k's 13.4 with the 16's and 13.69 with the vette rims I think it was 8.5 in the 1/8th I only go by 1/4
. Take the psi down to 25 psi and keep going down till they don't spin off the line my sweet spot is 20psi but that may be different for you. get some lower control arm relcoation brackets to help on your launches.
Post your time slips.
