holy shit...we are talking about moving to nexus 5000 for our cores and data centers in the next 2 years...this platform is amazing..the ability to manage SAN and everything else from 1 interface and "stack" multiple chaises and all being able to run master in case of a failure..i cant wait to do some testing on these before i leave.

i cant wait..i think that will look good on my resume ..that i have tested and have some production experience with vss and the nexus series

ma friend gave me this newfangled remote control thing for mah televishun set. at first i was like wtf is this mate and he said look no mo getin up to change stations. all i's has to do is push a button on this remote control and the tv changes mah station. at first i thinked he was playin me but then i realized they finally found magic. i's lovin this. ma's afraid its will make me too lazy though. i spose we'll see. simply 'mazing.

i am pumped...even more exciting is that we will be using VSS..which basically eliminates the need for spanning-tree and "recovers" in millisecond compared to minutes with spanning tree..so it helps make the network much more recoverfull..and also makes connections always active/active ..so we can use more bandwidth efficiency..and move huge amounts of data quick as hell
