how much fluid does a 6spd take?

I have a 01 WS6 that I just had the tranny build like a vipers transmission, how many quarts does it take? I think its 4 but not sure?

Should be 4 quarts.

4 Quarts indeed..... Can be filled thru the shifter if you still have it off......

No its all been together for about month, and I installed a pro 5.0 shifter with lou's short stick, but it shouldnt be a prob taking the shifter back off to fill the tranny, i'll drain it from bottom then add 4 quarts of Im thinking royal purle dextron III, I've heard thats pretty good, but i've also heard the plain dextron III is plenty good enough, I just want something to make it shift even better, its still a little stiff when banging the gears, but it may be that the tranny isnt broke in all the way......thanks for the answers guys...
