2002WS6 front & rear seats complete- NEW!!

need to know if the front bucket seats from a 2002 WS6 Coupe are Identical to a Convertible??
I have the opportunity to purchase privately "" COMPLETE NEW"" front bucket seats & the rear seats complete as well . They are Ebony & for a 2002 WS6 .
Since i have a convertible i was hoping the seats are identical for the fronts & someday be able to use them when my show wear.
I wpuld then sell off the New rears,
Help me here !!!

i believe they are...go to the dealership..and ask them for part numbers for a regular t/a seat..and a then for a convertible seat..and see if they are the same part number...i believe they are. but i am not 100 percent sure

good idea but seats complete do Not come as a part #. Have to order piece by piece, I just spoke to a GMC dealership !

is there anyone that can tell 100% for sure that they are the same?
The shoulder harness holders are shaped different but i believe the converts to coupe bolt up the same but the opening to slide belt in holder is different

you may call or email gmpartsdirect.com to see if they could tell ya. . . lookin at their website quickly, it doesnt look like anything says convertible or coupe in the seat section.

My dad has a vert and I am pretty sure they are the same except for the seatbelt guide.

i emailed Gm Direct & they said for me to issue them the vin# of my convert & the vin# from the T top vehicle, These Brand New seats were never installed in a vehicle, so unable to do this
I contacted Thunder racing & they told me they are 100% identical On a Ws6 from T top to a convert in 2002. Just the seat belt guides mounted on the headrests differ.
GM parts tell me these seats now have to be ordered piece by piece so I would assume to do this it would be approx, 2 grand to build a complete bucket seat piece by piece.
I think i will keep this rare Find in storage for many years !!!
