bought bad rear from "1 Trans Am"
Anyone know how to get in touch with 1 Trans Am?
I bought a rear that was supposed to be perfect and every bearing and race was wiped out. I've been sending him IM's and emails with no reply. The rear was supposed to only have 42K on it and he said it was absolutely quiet.
Well after $80 bucks in gas and $300 in labor I had to have all the bearing, races and seals replaced in the not so good rear.
He said he would give my $$$ back if the rear did not work out and now I can't find him. He seemed like a nice guy and I'm hoping he's just not getting my messages.
Thanks
Chris

nevermind, I see he only has 96 posts so he shouldn't be able to post parts for sale here yet.

I sent chris my # LAST WEEK. I havent ignored him at all. I sold him the rear FIVE months ago. I am a honest guy. I have bought and sold things on here. The only problem here is this fellow waited FIVE months to have the rear installed. You cant expect someone to refund your $ after that long. I sold the rear for 150.00. I am not going to rip anyone off.

This is just personal opinion but 5 months is a long time to come back and say you want your money back.
