My Very first Kill !! No longer a Virgin.

Alright, We have this "ballonfest" going on this weekend, so there is all kinds of cars just cruising around town. Well, I pull up right behind a 01 or 02 Mustang GT at a stop light. Right next to the county Jail BTW. Anyways, I can see the guy looking at my car in his driver side mirror, light turns green, we both get on it a little. I speed up and get right next to him. The nose of my car is right next to his driver's door, and I was just sitting in 2ND gear waiting.... LOL. Right when he floored it, I nailed it and immediately put a solid car length on him. Then , I missed 3rd ( Im a Newbie still) I finally found 3rd and nailed it. I had a sold car and a half the whole time!! Even with giving him a half car, letting him start first... I still absolutely blew his doors off. He turned and waved, probably was a cool guy. Ether way, Tats my first kill, Mustang none the less.

Im getting alot better at the manual. I tried all day today to play with mustangs.... not one would bite. One in particular, guy had his girl with him... ang it was a late 90's stang. I knew I could just dust his ass, and make his girl laugh at him. But he didnt want none.

And my shifter seems alot shorted than pictures I have seen of stock TA's, but I think it has the stock shifter knob. I like the knob its self alot. Fits my hand well.

Mustangs are a good ego boost, just getting one to play along is rare unless its the new models, they think they're hot shit.

I missed 3rd on my very first race (and kill) also. It was a non-sti WRX. Once I found third I put a good car on him before ever going into fourth.

Very nice! I stuffed mine back into 1st at around 70ish first time I ever raced :/

Met a pretty cool 03' Stang owner the other night...that is until he told me he made 365 to the wheels with cai, upper plenum, bigger (not sure what size) injectors, flowmaster catback, high flow cats, ORH, and tune...I was just like...oh really....?

That would have been great!! I bet the girls laughed thier ass's off! I tried on another stang, he had his chicky with him. He didnt even bite. That was just a 95 GT. It would have been a blow out from a roll!!!!

Oh shit, That must sqwaked real bad trying to get into 1st....

ALright guys... Im still kinda scared to downshift at certain speeds.

Anyone wanna give me a general reference on waht speeds you can downshift into 2nd.... 3rd...... Whats the highest mph you have taken each gear??? Also, I have 3.73's in the rear.
