i had knee surgery on thursday and so now i have to lay in bed on my back for 24 hours a day until tuesday when i go for my post op checkup. i'm so freakin bored...and sore...not my knee but my back...laying here sucks.

Here you lil shits.....couple years ago...this one is already on Photobucket so I dont have to go searching all over....I'm lazy tonight....yeah I'm over 6'1.....yeah I lift and work out 4-5 times a week....yeah my legs are bigger then most folks waist....yeah I can still dead lift (over your head kiddies) 300lbs and bench with the best of em...so you young studs line up when your over 50 and let me know what shape your in

your about the same build as my old man. My dad is the kinda guy that you wouldn't wanna call out of shape uness you want your ass kicked either. At 55 hes 6'2 230 strong as an ox, and lifts 4 or 5 days a week. Full head of hair, no gray etc. If I look like my dad when i'm 55 and get the aarp magazine, i'll be alright lol
