im looking to buy a 85 camaro he says its a iroc but i cant tell if it is i have the vin number if it helps but can some one help me

only irocs had 350's and they were all automatic, no 350 came stick in those years, so youi know if its a stick its a 305, besides the intake would say tpi rather than having a throttle body injected, good lukc

thanks but thats the problem no motor im buying as a project car and the motor has been striped, what you said about all irocs having 350 is that true cause when i was 16 (11 years ago) my first car was a 86 iroc and it had a 305 in it auto and was a hard top was that a true iroc?

i am pretty damn sure that only irocs came with the 350 tpi engine., not positive thou,

In this case, why would it mater if its a real iroc Z or not? does it say iroc on the side? But it is a project car with no motor so time to drop in an LT1 or LS1 in it.
