Why can't people just mind their own F'ing buisness?

nothing more grinds my fucking gears when random people come up to me and tell me something i already fucking know.

I am at work on my cigarette break and at least once a month someone would come up to me and tell me that "smoking is bad for you" Wtf? Like i dont fucking know that already.

Then there are times where i take an elivator and only go up or down one floor and some would say "you are a young man, you should take the stairs"

And finally today what really pisses me off.....

I was in the coffee shop making my coffee and some old hag was watching me and tells me that i was putting too much sugar in my coffee.

Sometimes i just want to punch those motherfuckers out cold.

Dude! I'm old and I use the stairs. Sugar really can kill ya, just ask a diabetic. And don't get me started about cancer sticks......

I'm 50 and I still hear that smoking is bad for you crap too. It used to crack me up when people would say "Smoking stunts your growth" I'd say good because 6' is tall enough for me anyways. I had a (lets just say that she had a red dot on her forehead) lady at a dunkin doughnuts tell me that 4 sugars (for a large) was too much - vaddy vaddy baad foo you so while she was putting the lid on, I said really? thanks and turned and walked out living another day.

Additionally, I don't wear a watch and I have the time on my cell but everyday someone asks me do you know what time it is? I just look at them shaking my head.
