    True duals without longtube headers?

just bought a 01 ss. i want to get the texas speed true dual system but have one question. do you have to have long tube headers for the true duals to connect right or can you hook them up to the stock headers?

TSP duals are made specifically for long tube headers. you'll need to have something made up to connect to it.

the bassani tru-duals are specifically made to hook to 00-02 factory manifolds and cats. pictures are on my website on how they hook up

i got them done by a performance shop, it was under $800 for everything including slp loudmouth tips, mandrel bend, gmmg mufflers. beautiful job and i've still got about 4 inches of ground! she's a real sleeper until about 2k rpm's then oh shit son! i'm originally from the midwest (kansas) so i know that the price i stated might scare you, but around there you could get it done cheaper. but if you want something that isn't always super loud the gmmg muffs great! I've got 3.73's too, but the sound they put out is nice, unique, not just loudness!

I think the GMMG's are the best sounding. Where do you get just the muffler?
