Great pass. Any idea what your car weighs? What elevation is the track you race at?

I have ran 13.1 @106 with a 1.9 60ft on the stock 4L60E with straight pipes, ported maf, free ram air, and TB bypass with some 2.73s in the rear. I now have a hooker cat back with gutted cats, a 1/4 mile performance lid, diablo tunner built trans with 2500 stall and 3.27s. I have run a traction limited 12.9@107 on some Falken street tires on 18 in rims. I think your goal is very realistic! CONGRATS!

Are 6 speeds faster or slower with a good driver?
-
04-11-2007, 04:03 PM #14
6 speeds put more power to the ground so in a scence they are faster, but an auto is more consistent.

All Black- 83, 87, 02 All WS6 T/As
a 6-speed will always be slower mod for mod on the track.. but on the road.. they rule....

2000 Camaro SS- 1969 Z28 JL8 crossram, #'
Nice run.
So you haven't even done a lid yet? That should be your first mod and then see what you run with that. Did you run that today or yesterday? How the heck did they come up with 95% humidity around here right now?

but thats the problem "IF" they have a good driver? lets be real how many good drivers are there, im not even good lol yet! aaaaaaaaand i have a a4 and i was running 14.0 with a a4 horrible right but i did what i could do to get to 13.3 but with a m6 there alot more to control more responsiblity alot more error to occur on the autocross track hands down m6 but howmany of us buy the camaro for autocross???? exactly! sooooo mod for mod a4 in my opinion cuz i can upgrade my driveshaft buy wrinkle wall tires hypothetically lol and tune my car and do a shift kit and win everytime where a m6 is always gonna be diff. This is just my opinion lol which should prolly be a fact

Auto is faster ET wise but M6 will almost always trap higher mph. I love my A4 at the track but in day to day driving I wish my car was a M6
