1997 Grand Cherokee- 1999 Firebird.
Any idea how much the 2009/2010 Z28 will be?
I've already started saving
I think a SS would be too much money if they ever come out with one. I'm guessing the Z will be in the $28k-$33k range?

doesn't it seem like an eternity ago they announced it was coming out? I was thinking today that by the time it gets here ford will already have another stang body style out.

I believe that the Z28 will be the 'top dog' model and the SS will be the V8 'GT' style model.
For all the naysayers just think of it this way. Any GM can have a SS model but only one car can have a Z28 designation!
Of course there will be special models released as the production catches up to demand.
I too am going to buy a 2010 Z28 Stripper.

414 RWHP 395 RWTQ- 00 Black Ram Air Trans Am
Knowing GM and their dealers the price will be too high and markups will be ridiculus. They won't learn their lesson that charging $32k-$35k for the WS6/SS F-bodies while Rustangs sold for $25k-$29k helped to keep their sales down
If GM were smart they would have a stripper Z28 model in the $25k-$26k range. A regular Z28 model in the $27k-$29k range and than the SS model in the $32k-$35k range along with a RS V6 model piced in the Stang V6 range.
