Stone vs. 150 direct port, bolt on GT
He has gone a 13.3@103 off the nitrous. We went about 5 times last night(dig, 20, 30, 40 rolls) with him pulling about a car everytime. Im pretty impressed with my car seeing as how he went 13.3@103 off the gas and i kept up with him for the most part. He has gears, LTs and catback, with a dynotuned SCT programmer. He pulled 353 RWHP and 418 RWTQ. We have the vids but i have to wait for one of my friends to post them up on teh net, then ill post them up.

what year was the GT? those would be low numbers for a PI GT with bolt ons and a 150 shot. but i dont see a non pi or 5.0 going 13.3 @103 with boltons.

02 model. He had exhaust, intake, and tune on the 13.3 run. Pulled right at 300 at the wheels

is this guy a friend of yours or just someone you ran into? cause his numbers dont add up. it takes alot more than exhaust and a tune to get 300 wheel out of a 4.6. however the track times are possible on a car with his mods.

This post makes me so happy I bought an LS1! For some reason I thought a 4.6 would be alil faster w/ full bolt ons and a 150 direct port shot of NOS... Maybe it's just me tho.

maybe im missing something, the guy has full bolt ons and cams and runs 13.3@103?

For a 150 shot, he is about 50 HP down and down on torque as well. With those bolt ons, he is running pretty good times and probably runs on DRs and getting some decent sixt foot times.
If he has cams, his car isnt running correctly. A trap of 103 in a bolt on GT with cams is SLOW!!!.324hp/333tq

103 is a slow trap for a vehicle with those mods. I would expect a stock one to do that. With that kind of power (NOS) he should be trapping about 108-110 at minimum.

my car went 13.3 at 106 with my first mod a $99 slp air lid and still had stock 2.73 gears im happy with mine

Ok i have the correct numbers. He has had 2 setups on teh car. 1st setup was OR x-pipe with cams and 125 wet setup that made 302 to the wheels(dont know the tq). We misunderstood each other. His current setup is no cams, full exhaust, gears, and tuned with a 150 direct-port that made 352hp and 418 rwtq on the nitrous. I dont know why he took the cams out and he didnt tell me what he pulled on motor with the new setup. But he did go a 13.3@105 sat night on motor. He couldnt get a nitrous pass b/c he waited to late in teh day to fill it up and the one place he stopped at only had 2lbs left.

bottle musta been damn near empty on the dyno too. my 01 gt with an x-pipe, tb, plenum and 100 shot made 360rwhp 420rwtq on a Zex 100 shot.and went a best of 13.0@111 not spraying til 3rd (stock goodyears).
