Track/Street Cam
Does anyone see any problems with a TR224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA on my 2000 TA, WS6, LS1? I plan on buying the Thunder Racing Cam kit that comes with cam, springs and pushrods. I plan on using Harland Sharp 1.7:1 Roller rockers and Comp Cams 875-16 Roller Lifters. I have the following mods on the car. BBK 80mm TB, SLP LS6 intake, SLP Lid, K&N Filter, LS6 GM heads, Granatelli MAF, Pacesetter LT with ORY pipe. How many horses do you think this cam and mods I have on the car will give me? My tuner will tune the car for me.

I have that cam. Right around 370rwhp like ^ said. Why are you changing the rockers/lifters?

I just would rather change everything since I am in there. Will the valve springs fit right onto my stock ls6 heads? Can I reuse the stock retainers and seats? The heads are brand new.

if the springs are dual, then you will have to get retainers and spring seats. the cam kit should come with those two items. as far as fitting the heads, most springs for the LSx motors do, but you should ckeck with TSP and make sure.
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

Dual springs are overkill for that cam. Thunder sells 918's in the kit with em.
