Well the stock 17"/8" I have a 40mm offset to eliminate the dreaded front strut rub....running 235/45/17 in front and 245/45/17 in the rear. You realize the Goats have a 5X128mm bolt pattern....but the Vette wheel is 5x4.75" or 5x120.65mm...or .65mm or converted to inches .020-.022 of an inch "off"...some will argue that is too much play....being a old helicopter machinist I will argue the .65mm is within manufacturer specs....so I say get after it and post some pics....I've seen one 04 GTO with Vette wheels at a car show and it looked really good....

The stock 17x8 wheel offset is 48mm. Also 5x120 pattern.

I agree that any GM "normal" 4.75" bolt pattern will work.

    Pretty technical answer thanks
So what size space or bolt on wheel adapter will I need? They are rubbing pretty good on the strut and on the rear, I would think I would need something more than .22 inch? thanks

I went a 235 tire versus the 245 and the small offset....no strut rub anymore...Pontiac bought the tires under warranty....also they gave it more positive camber outside of the factory specs....under warranty also....
