I have two ques.
where do I get the egr an intake block off plates if I do a delete
and if I put lth with no cats does it produce gas fumes


this is on a 2000 ws6

You can buy block off plates from a couple of sources - Hawk's Third Gen is just one example. You'll need a tune to turn off the SES after removing the EGR system, so include an update for your longtubes and you'll be fine. One other part that you should add is a set of Bosch P/N 13111 oxygen sensors for the front. They come with an extra long harness so no extensions are required. It is also a good idea to replace O2 senders as their performance degrades over time. You can delete the rear sensors and also have them tuned out.

im sure you have already looked into this...but make sure you dont need to pass emissions where you live. I never had to pass emissions when I lived in FL, but if you start getting rid of exhaust stuff you will not pass a sniffer test...you'll pass a computer test after you get a tune if they just plug in and check everything, but you'll fail a visual and sniffer test.
