My 0-90mph run
Here's a video of my 99 TA with Ram Air (non WS6). Basically stock except for SLP Airbox with K&N, and SLP MAF sensor, and flowmaster.
I clock it to 60 in the high 4's. Not bad for a mostly stock auto.

Im startin' to wonder if something is wrong with my motor then. I can't break mine loose at all, don't even try spinning the tires without water because it definately has nothing but grip and go. I have my hypertech settings mostly stock other than the gear ratio, tire size, speedo calibration, and fan temp. Should I bump my shift pressure up again like the previous owner had it set to?

The 2.73 you mean. Theres no way ur chirping with a 2.73. How the hell is that possible? Is your tread almost dead?

my 02 a4 had 2.73s gutted cats and free mods and i always got a little chirp in going into 2nd.it may have been the tires though.it seemed like for ever from 0-60 but from a 70mph punch it was pretty strong.

oh, there is one mod I forgot to mention. I have one of those resisters in my air intake sensor. All it does is tells the main computer that it is getting colder air so it makes it a "little" quicker. But doubt that has anything to do with the 2nd gear chirp because it's always hit 2nd hard. Like I said, when it had the origional tires, it got a little sideways sometimes hitting 2nd. Since I got my new tires (over a year ago) it launches hard and chirps 2nd. And I just double checked my code and I have a GU5 too.

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
do u have a shiftkit?
i bought one but never got to installin it. now that my cars for sale i really dont have a reason to. thats awesome that u break loose goin into second with an auto... especially with the 272s
anyone wanna buy my shiftkit lol
if you dont have a shiftkit, get one, a stall, higher gears like 373s and you will probably go sideways again lol
