I don't like Shamrock but Tito Ortiz is the biggest fag in the whole UFC, so yeah i'm watching and cheering for Ken.

I'm watching. This should be a good season. They're cutting out all the crap I didn't like about the first two seasons like the stupid challenges.
I think Tito's team will have the more well-rounded fighters. Shamrock doesn't have as good of a ground game. He has a few leg locks and that's about it. The rest of his game is ground and pound and his stand-up. Tito can fight no matter where the fight goes. He has submission skills, great ground and pound, awesome take downs, and good stand-up as well.
I'm really looking forward to the Tito vs. Shamrock fight this July. Tito beat Shamrock's ass last time and I don't see this fight turning out any different.

I started watching the UFC, when the first episode came out the whole dojo turned up and we had a party and watched Royce (pronounced "hoyce") Gracie beat Ken Shamrock in UFC 1. Shamrock has always been one of my original favorites, But Tito DID BEAT THE EVERLOVING FUCK OUT OF HIM
and I was severely disappointed. But, the only thing Shamrock did was wait on Tito, and the best defense when your as solid and huge as Shamrock is start walking and throwing left and rights until one connects (Vitor Belfort style). He waited on Tito and Tito took him down, got ground control, and ground and pounded his face into hamburger.
Ken should rush in and keep his feet and punch his ass to death. I don't know if he's learned that lesson.
Tito seems to be a great guy, I didn't know much about him, and he acts that way to Ken bc Ken's got a chip on his shoulder and can't laugh at himself (this is severely hurting my loyalty to Shamrock, he should be cooler), but tonight watching his training he may have a leg up on Ken (old school ain't necessarily top school) and I am afraid he may be the better coach too.
my .02
Go Shamrock!

Watched the show last night .... Shamrocks plan ... bring in a dietition
Tito gets in and trains with his team... which making his team go up against him, is only going to excel his team faster.

Did anyone watch the Ultimate Fight Night before TUF 3? Jardine(or however you spell the guy's name) got robbed IMO. He whooped up on Stephan Bonner, yet Bonner got the judges decision.

I saw somr of the fights before UF3 . They were kinda boreing. I dont like all that wrestling thing. Stand up and fight. The last fight was pretty good. The shorter guy was realy working on the taller guys knees.
I see what you say about Ken . But he is 38 I dont know how old Tito is ...

I saw some of the Tito fight but not that one. With Ken in the spotlight they will probably show more of his fights in the near future....
