Blue- 1990 GMC Jimmy
No 3rd or 4th
Hello everyone. Today is my first post. I hope someone can help. I have a 90 GMC Jimmy with 700R4 trnsmission. It will not shift to 3rd or 4th gear. Has anyone had this problem before? Can I fix it myself or should I just take it to a professional. I have, I think, above average mechanical skills and can turn wrenches with most. Thanks for any help.

no 3 or 4 generally means you need to rebuild it.
