Gotta Question??
So I am trying to convince my wife to let me trade her 2 door cavalier for a Trans-Am and she said she is fine with that as long as I can fit a stroller in the back b/c we have a baby on the way!! So my question is can a regular stroller fit in the trunk of a T/A? It can't be one of the umbrella strollers either....a full size stroller!

If you have a kid coming, get a GTO, A full size stroller will be a PINTA to get in and out of the hatch let alone getting a carseat and baby in the back.
The f-bodies are not a recomended daily family car.

im sure it can be done. stroller might not be in one peice when u get to desired location. lol i know car seats fit ok. i have a car seat in my z for my 4 year old daughter.
if all else fails, just lie and tell her it will. that way you will already have the T/A and if shes really anal about it, you will get to enjoy it before SHE haha lol makes you sell it.

my daughter loves daddy's "race car" as she calls it. i have a "bucket" type car seat and it fits fine.

Well she is not super anal about it besides.....she will be getting my current car which is a Honda Accord and you could fit 3 strollers in that trunk! If its that imparitive that we take a stroller then we will take the Accord!!! I was just curious if anyone knew for a fact that a fullsize stroller would or would not fit?

Well if thats the case then yeah keep the TA for fun eventful days and the... Honda for your stroller needed days. I don't have a kid though, so your stroller question about the TA, I have no clue.

Sara's big stroller would NEVER fit in the hatch area of the T/A.
Her little one would though.

Maybe a ity bitty stroller. The trunks are tiny as hell. Hope you want your t-tops on always too! With the t-tops back there there is next to no room.
That said...
Get the TA!

It won't fit in the trunk area but I put a full size stroller in my hatch area right behind the rear seat. You only use the stroller for a couple yrs anyway, once they start walking they never want to sit back in the stroller.
And anyone who thinks F-bodies aren't baby friendly must not of had any Kids
I had my Daughter cruising Woodward with me before she was 2 months old.
She's 3 1/2 Now and loves Daddies Car.Craig

Thinking for everyday life. I have no kids, but just can't imgagin it being very functional to use a family transporter.

You guys are funny!! I was thinking too that the stroller would lay up on the area between where the t-tops go and the back of the back seats!! Trust me when I tell u guys I am working her hard for it! I pretty much know I will get my way and can't wait!! The T/A will basically be for me to drive back and forth to work and play in. Family functions that might involve a stroller would see the T/A being left at home and the Honda Accord being the vehicle of choice on those days!! Thanks for all the responses!!!

Dude nevermind the stroller you'll never get the "infant car seat" in there we had enough time getting it in and out of my wife's Carolla I woulden't even want to think about cramming one of those into a T/A. But the good thing about kids is they do grow so then you can upgrade to a booster seat and you can find those that will fit in the back seat.
