No such thing as confidence?

Been thinking of this recently and have come to the conclusion that
confidence doesn't exist, at least not as most people understand it anyway.
It is nothing but a feeling that you have when you have the right focus, and the perception that others will have of you when they see you behaving with that focus.......... that's my take on it?

What do you guys think?

I agree 100%. When I was younger I was very meek and mild. One day I decided to change that. I walk with my head high and even when going in a bar I make a path and people move and I am not big either. 6'1" and 210ish (diet is not going well...lol) so not huge but I tell my friends and my girl to just follow me.

Confidence is easy to keep once you get it but not easy to get. Most people lack it.

Dude, I'm half a foot shorter than you and I've got confidence oozing out of every pore. Size (well height anyway) has nothing to do with it...

I feel it has more to do with being assertive and self assured without being a dick about it.

Size doesnt but its how people see you. I stant up like all good men should do, more especially one that is heading to the bar for a beer.

Shoulders back, chest out, head on top.

It comes down to facial expressions, how you walk, talk, and speak.

I'm Confident that I will be alive tomorrow, but I dont have to focus on that to be confident of it, much less have anyone else see me focus on it.. moot point IMO

Its 1:40 am and I JUST FINISHED this damn paper. I am confident there are lots of errors in it but really dont care. Clicking submit! lol

this.....you only have or lack confidence if you give a shit what other people think about you. I quit caring about that years ago. I could give a crap what someone else thinks. As long as my wife and kids are no my side everyone else can take a flying leap.
