    yeah...

    so, I was taking out the bolts that hold my pcm/ecu's plastic shell to the car. put the slightest bit of torque on it and snapped it right off.... tried the other one... same thing.... fml...

    Have you tried to drill out the parts that are still threaded into the car?

    Agree. Try to get a center punch on the broken off part and work your way up in drill size. The heat and vibration of drilling may be enough to break them loose and run them through. You can also try an easy out once you get the hole large enough. If you bugger up the threads, you could very easily secure the casing with a zip tie by running it down one hole and up out the other.
